MONEY COLLECTION:
Payment including retail tax is to be collected at the time of order. Click here for the 6% Maryland Sales Tax Table.
Payment: Checks made payable to RFES PTA.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Before you turn in your order packet, be sure that the order and amount of payment received agree.
- Please retain both the pink copy of the order form and the brochure for reference at product delivery.
- Return the yellow and white copies with your order packet. Please print clearly and bear down hard.
- Be sure that the Seller and Organization information is printed neatly at the top of your order form.
- Smile, be polite and thank your customers for their support.
- Please, no door-to-door sales – just to relatives, friends, neighbors and parents’ co-workers.
