Old Business

Security: Jennifer said that Baltimore County Public School System is working on approving a security camera set up for the exterior of the building to address security concerns about children walking back and forth between the trailers and the school. More will be known about this system in June, at which time it can be determined if PTA volunteer involvement in security will be helpful. Jackie Villet shared that she has heard some parents question who might be volunteering as possible escorts for students. Jennifer reminded everyone that any volunteers working directly with children must have completed the Volunteer Training program, which includes a screening process.
